  St. Andrew's Irvine is a small community of people and clergy who care for each other, even when we are different. As a military brat and later spouse, I have moved frequently over the years and attended many churches. This one is by far the most inclusive and welcoming community I have ever been a part of. We don't always agree about everything, but we always love and support each other. In that way we are each able to grow closer to each other and to God.

  St. Andrew's has been my church for almost 20 years. I have never had such a positive experience with a house of worship as I have with St. Andrew's. It has truly been a family--welcoming, genuinely caring and a place one can raise children strong in their faith. Vicar Peter Browning works tirelessly to foster this culture and you won't find a more supportive and caring priest. St. Andrew's offers a variety of additional venues to share in community and spirituality including a men's group, book group, music and youth programs to name a few. I highly recommend St. Andrew's!

  I have moved around a lot in my life, and have had an opportunity to visit many churches, and this is the only one where I can truly say that I have felt welcomed and at home. I have attended for a little over a year, but have already made so many close friendships that will last a lifetime, something that I was never able to do at other churches that I attended far, far longer. St. Andrew's focuses on opening their doors and hearts to everyone (all are welcome), and have many active ministries that I have enjoyed participating in: a great choir with a classically trained musician as a director, a recorder ensemble, a prayer shawl ministry, and there are also activities for the men, women, teens, and children of the church. I don't have any family in California and I am comforted and overjoyed to know that I have a family at St. Andrew's! :)
